Alicia’s dedication to mental health is driven by a deep desire to help others heal and thrive. She believes in the inherent potential for change and transformation in every individual, and her approach is rooted in compassion and a strong commitment to helping her clients achieve their goals. Whether working with children, teens, adults, or seniors, Alicia provides the support needed to help individuals navigate life’s challenges and realize their fullest potential.

At the core of her work is a belief in the resilience of the human spirit. Alicia is deeply committed to helping her clients release the pain that has held them back, break free from limiting beliefs, and embrace a brighter future. She views therapy as a transformative journey that empowers individuals to heal from the inside out and live with purpose, authenticity, and self-compassion.

Alicia’s therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities. She tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs, often incorporating creativity to foster self-expression and healing. Alicia has experience working with individuals and families who have faced trauma, abuse, addiction, relationship struggles, self-esteem issues, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She is also dedicated to supporting caregivers in managing the stress and emotional burden of caring for loved ones. Her calming, warm, and empathetic approach creates a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, move toward meaningful change, and unlock their full capabilities.

Alicia earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, graduating with honors. She is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT141942) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC14804) with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Outside of her work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her loved ones, practicing yoga and meditation, traveling, and expressing herself through art. She is a strong advocate for a balanced, holistic approach to wellness, and brings that philosophy into her therapeutic practice.
